• Our services include structured offline courses, online courses, live workshops, and personalized mentoring designed to cater to diverse educational and professional needs.
• Enrollment is confirmed only upon full payment of the course fee, which is non-refundable and non-transferable to other courses or individuals unless specified otherwise. For online courses, access credentials will be provided upon successful enrollment.
• Students must adhere to class schedules and attendance requirements, whether attending in person or online. Consistent participation is vital for achieving learning outcomes. Missing more than a specified percentage of classes may result in disqualification from certifications or completion acknowledgment.
• Students attending online courses are responsible for ensuring a stable internet connection and suitable technical setup. Zhahi is not liable for interruptions caused by technical issues on the student’s end.
• Students are expected to maintain respectful behavior toward instructors, staff, and peers at all times. Any disruptive behavior, including harassment, bullying, or the use of offensive language, may result in immediate expulsion without a refund.
• Punctuality is mandatory for both offline and online sessions. Students are required to join classes on time and avoid unnecessary interruptions during sessions.
• The use of any materials provided during the course, including handouts, notes, and digital content, is restricted to personal use only. These materials remain the intellectual property of Zhahi and must not be copied, distributed, or reproduced without prior written consent.
• Recording or distributing online sessions without prior approval from Zhahi is strictly prohibited and may lead to legal action.
• Zhahi reserves the right to reschedule or cancel classes in the event of unforeseen circumstances, such as instructor unavailability or emergencies. In such cases, students will be informed promptly, and alternative arrangements will be made whenever possible.
• While we strive to provide the best learning experience, Zhahi is not liable for any outcomes, losses, or damages resulting from factors beyond our control, including technical disruptions during online classes.
