    • Failure to deliver the course as scheduled due to unforeseen circumstances, such as instructor unavailability or course cancellation.
    • Technical issues preventing access to online courses, which cannot be resolved within a reasonable time frame.
    • In case of a duplicate payment, the excess amount will be refunded after verification.
  • Non-Refundable Situations: The following are non-refundable:
    • Once the course has commenced, even if you decide not to attend or complete the course.
    • If you fail to meet the attendance requirements and are disqualified from receiving a certificate.
    • If you fail to provide timely notice of any issues related to the course.
    • If you request a refund after completing a significant portion of the course.
  • Refund Request Process: To request a refund, you must submit a written request to our support team at support@zhahi.com within 7 days of the course start date or the issue arising. The request must include the reason for the refund and any supporting documentation, such as proof of payment or course issues.
  • Processing Time: Refund requests will be reviewed and processed within 14 business days from the date of receipt. If your refund request is approved, the refund will be issued to the original method of payment.
  • Cancellation of Online Access: If a refund is granted for an online course, access to the course materials will be revoked immediately upon approval of the refund.
